Key
David Key is founder of the David
Key Coaching Partnership. He is responsible
for all elements of the Coaching Partnership
including working with corporate and individual
clients and business development. |

David is also part of the senior management team
at Document
Boss as Boss Coaching™ Practice Director.
Following his extensive training at The Coaching
Academy, David is one of only 65 master corporate
coaches in the country. David works directly with
clients to help them achieve goals, balance, motivation
and focus in whatever area of their life they choose.
Through his leadership and motivational skills he
is able to deliver real value to clients on a range
of business and personal challenges.
Before founding the David Key Coaching Partnership,
David was senior vice president at Systems Management
International where he was responsible for establishing
commercial relationships with international blue-chip
companies including Nokia, BMC and T-Mobile. After
securing a £2million contract with Nokia,
he was responsible for supporting and motivating
over 50 sales people globally.
Previous to this, David held a range of senior sales
positions in the technology sector where he was
responsible for securing revenue targets in excess
of a million pounds.
David was educated in South Africa. And in his spare
time, he enjoys golfing, reading and travelling.

Rasheed
Ogunlaru
Rasheed Ogunlaru is an accomplished life coach,
writer and speaker. He helps people seeking
greater personal, career, life and spiritual
fulfilment and success. He also coaches organizations,
entrepreneurs, executives and teams to higher
levels of performance and excellence. |

Rasheed is a member of The Coaching Academy with
whom he qualified with a distinction in coaching.
He is also Co-Founder of the Mind Body & Spirit
of Singing, established for the advancement of singers
and Co-Director of the Samaritans (Central London
Branch, UK).
Rasheed is an engaging speaker and gives talks and
discussions for groups and organizations on request.
He also appears on radio and other media and writes
articles on all aspects of creating and sustaining
success for a range newspapers and magazines.
He is editor of the free coaching newsletter "Don't
Miss The Coach!" which is available through
his website at
www.rasaru.com. It includes information, inspiration,
tips and articles on coaching and its benefits.
Rasheed has been involved in coaching since the
mid 1990's. He has a background in media, beginning
in 1988, and his credits include appearances on
Radio 4, BBC1, Channel 5, Sky News and LBC.
Rasheed has a deep love and belief in life, people
and everyone's potential.
