Illustration of Ines Sastre

I had never heard of Inés Sastre, a Spanish model and actress, until I stumbled upon a photograph of her in a fashion magazine. I decided the simplicity and timeless aesthetic of the image would make it a great basis for an illustration. After using illustrator to capture the shape of the contrasting areas of her face I transformed the image using the bold colour scheme.
